The “The Devil Wears Prada Is Eternal” tour stop at The Ritz in Raleigh on November 7, 2024, was an unforgettable night of metalcore mastery. The Devil Wears Prada, hailing from Dayton, Ohio, headlined this tour, their first major run since 2022. The tour kicked off on October 25, 2024, in Grand Rapids, MI, and spans 30 dates, concluding in Albuquerque, NM, on December 1, 2024. Known for their aggressive riffs and introspective lyrics, TDWP’s current lineup includes Mike Hranica (vocals), Jeremy DePoyster (guitar/vocals), Kyle Sipress (lead guitar), Andy Trick (bass), Jonathan Gering (keyboards), and Giuseppe Capolupo (drums). Silent Planet, from Azusa, California, brought their emotional and philosophical edge to the stage. Led by Garrett Russell (vocals), the band features Mitch Stark (guitar), Thomas Freckleton (bass/vocals), and Alex Camarena (drums). See You Space Cowboy, a chaotic hardcore act from San Diego, warmed up the crowd with tracks from their 2022 release The Romance of Affliction. Their lineup features Connie Sgarbossa (vocals), Taylor Allen (guitar), Ethan Sgarbossa (guitar), Timmy Moreno (bass), and AJ Tartol (drums). Learn more about them here. Opening the night, Louisville’s Greyhaven showcased their eclectic sound blending post-hardcore and progressive elements. Their lineup includes Brent Mills (vocals), Nick Spencer (guitar), Johnny Muench (bass), and Ethan Spray (drums). They featured songs from their 2023 album This Bright and Beautiful World.
