A much loved man

The “Beautifully Broken Tour” brought a night of soul-baring anthems and raw energy to the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, NC (formerly PNC Arena), on September 20, 2024. Jelly Roll, the Nashville native known for his genre-bending blend of Southern rock, rap, and country, headlined the evening. His last tour was in 2022, so fans were buzzing with excitement to see him return to the stage. This current tour kicked off on August 3, 2024, in Tampa, FL, with 35 dates planned across the U.S., set to conclude in his hometown of Nashville on October 31, 2024. Backed by a powerhouse band, Jelly commanded the stage alongside lead guitarist Alex Tanner, whose searing solos kept the energy high, and drummer Chad Lee, whose thunderous beats drove the set forward. Jelly’s highly anticipated new album, The Lost Cause, is set for release later this year. Fans stocked up on new tour merch, with “Beautifully Broken” tees and signed vinyls flying off the shelves. Warren Zeiders, from Hershey, Pennsylvania, brought his outlaw country vibes to the night as the direct support for Jelly Roll. His modern take on country rock had the crowd fully engaged, with standout performances of tracks from his latest EP High on You. His band, featuring Cory Trent on drums and Austin Marshall on bass, locked in tight grooves that had everyone stomping along. Warren hinted at new music on the way for 2025, which added to the excitement of the night. His fans also found plenty of new merch, from signature ball caps to custom denim jackets, selling fast at the merch table. Catch up with Warren’s latest music and tour info at his official website.

The night opened with a set from Alexandra Kay, a rising star from Waterloo, Illinois, whose smooth country vocals captivated the audience. She played fan favorites from her 2023 debut album Backroad Therapy and teased a brand-new single dropping next month. Backed by lead guitarist Jack Lawrence and vocalist Rachel Morrison, Alexandra’s heartfelt performance set the perfect tone for the night. Her merch stand was buzzing too, with trucker hats and custom koozies being popular choices. For more of her music and tour updates, visit her official website.
