The night kicked off with a shock to the system as BONES UK hit the stage like a sonic wrecking ball. Hailing from Camden, London, this industrial rock trio carved their name into the night with a performance that was equal parts feral and hypnotic. Rosie Bones led the charge with her gritty, unfiltered vocals, while Carmen Vandenberg tore through her guitar riffs like she was wielding a weapon. Meanwhile, Heavy on drums brought the thunder, grounding the chaos with precision beats that made your heart thump in time. Their latest release, “Cheap Love,” is a nasty little beast of an album, capturing the raw energy and relentless drive they unleashed on the Raleigh crowd. Bones UK Website

Next up was Candlebox, the grunge survivors from Seattle, who took us on a journey back to the angst-ridden ’90s and beyond. Kevin Martin’s voice was like a fine whiskey—smooth, smoky, and with just the right amount of bite—perfectly complemented by Brian Quinn’s sharp guitar work. Adam Kury on bass and Dave Krusen on drums provided the backbone, laying down grooves that were tight and full of emotion. Island Styles on rhythm guitar added layers to the sound, making it feel both nostalgic and fresh. They played tracks from their latest album, “Wolves,” proving that Candlebox still has plenty of fire left in them. Candlebox Website

Then came Jerry Cantrell, the godfather of grunge, stepping into the spotlight like he owned the place—because, let’s be honest, he kinda does. The man from Seattle who helped shape the sound of a generation delivered a set that was nothing short of mesmerizing. With Tyler Bates on guitar, Greg Puciato handling vocals, Gil Sharone on drums, and George Adrian on bass, Cantrell served up a smorgasbord of dark, brooding melodies and scorching solos. His latest solo effort, “Brighten,” was on full display, showcasing a blend of the familiar and the new—proof that even legends can evolve while staying true to their roots. Jerry Cantrell Website

And then, as the night reached its crescendo, BUSH took the stage, delivering a performance that was nothing short of explosive. These Londoners, led by the enigmatic Gavin Rossdale, proved why they’re still a force to be reckoned with in the post-grunge world. Rossdale’s voice, raw and powerful, cut through the night as Chris Traynor’s guitar roared like a beast uncaged. Corey Britz on bass and Nik Hughes on drums laid down a foundation so solid it could withstand anything. They tore through their set with tracks from their latest album, “The Art of Survival,” reminding everyone that BUSH isn’t just surviving—they’re thriving. BUSH Website
