It was a perfect night at Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, NC. And actually it had a bit of a profound vibe, to catch Peter Frampton’s last tour in Northern America.

One of the most celebrated guitarists in rock history, inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame in 2016, Frampton announced his imminent retirement following a diagnosis of inclusion body myositis in 2019.

However things all fell in place for the Never Say Never Tour.

Frampton says: “At the end of every ‘Finale’ tour show, I did say ‘never say never’ and I am always full of hope for the impossible. I’m very pleased to let you know that I am feeling strong and my fingers are still roaming the fretboard. Every note I play now has more meaning and soul. I love playing live and this fighter wants to stay in the ring for as long as he can. I’m so happy to be able to see you all one more time this summer. Much love, Peter.”

It was cool having INDRA approved to cover this show. The Fans… the audience carried a thick, hallowed vibe mixed with the kind of festive joy that’s seeps in with this artist.  A truly unforgettable experience.
