“An Evening with the James Taylor All Star Band” at PNC Arena in Raleigh, NC.

Often times, sad to say, musicians from my own demographic, which feels like my own family, don’t approve me / INDRA Magazine for press coverage. I understand, though it hurts, that if these folks are still touring, they are such huge stars they don’t really need tiny local media outlets like mine to help give them more exposure. I get it.

But sometimes I luck out. James Taylor, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and six-time Grammy Award winner was very kind and gracious enough to approve coverage from INDRA. 

The night felt right. The melodies were phenomenal, and the native North Carolinians were ecstatic in having a local boy from Chapel Hill, James Taylor, singing to the dreams in their minds.

You know, any time I see a percussionist set up along side a drum kit I know its gonna be a good night. I might be off in my count, but I see a 12 members in the band/vocals. A very fine sound this was.
